Directions
Pour 20 cups of water into a large soup pot and add one whole fresh fryer chicken, giblets, pepper and salt and cook for about 2 hours.
Remove chicken from broth and let cool. Skim off some of the liquid fat off the top.
In the mean time cut all veggies and add to broth. Let cook for about 1 hour.
Once the chicken has cooled remove all skin and bones and pull the meat into smaller pieces. If you have a dog give him or her the giblets and you will make his or her day!
Add the chicken pieces to the pot, add 1 cup of mini shell pasta and let it simmer for about 15 more minutes. Let the pot cool for about another 15 minutes and then serve. Bon Appetit!
