Introduction

NOT a smoothie for those trying to LOSE weight, but if you are trying to GAIN weight!

High in calories, good fats, carbs, protein, and zinc :)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 medium Bananas

    1/2 cup of fresh Blueberries

    1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

    1 Hass Avocado

    1/2 cup Pecans

    1/4 cup Wheat bran

Directions

Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).

Measure out .5 cups of pecan halves and then grind them.

Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!

Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).

Blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 Large Smoothie
