Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup Splenda
    3 tps. baking powder
    pinch salt
    3/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup chopped apple

Tips

I freeze and get out what I want night before for my breakfast.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients and then add applesauce, egg, raisins, and apples. Mix together and spray muffin tin and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till done with toothpick coming out clean.
