Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup melted margarine

    Filling:
    2 cups diced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    450 g. light cream cheese
    3/4 cup white sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Topping:
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup margarine


Tips

Bake for 45 minutes.
Blend the topping ingredients together and spread on top of cake. Bake for 45 more minutes, turn off oven and leave the cake for 30 minutes more. Transfer to cooling rack. Chill for 6-8 hours


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a greased spring form pan.
Spead apples over the bottom.
Cream the cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time mixing well. Stir in the vanilla. Pour over apples.
