Introduction

This is one of our favorite "quick" meals. This is one of our favorite "quick" meals.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut or pounded thin
    2 cups (142g) shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp crushed Oregano
    1 Tbsp ground Paprika

Tips

Use chicken breast cutlets or fillet/pound the breasts to approx 1/2 thickness for best results.


Directions

Stir Parmesan, paprika, & oregano together. Coat a 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray. Spread half the Parmesan mixture on the bottom of the pan. Lay the chicken breasts in the pan. Spread the rest of the Parmesan mixture on top of the chicken.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
