    2 apples, cored & chopped
    3 tbsp raisins
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


Core and chop apples. Spray baking dish with canola oil. Toss chopped apples with raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg then place in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
