Ingredients

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup egg whites (or 4 egg whites)
    1 tbsp ground flax
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    cinnamon
