Ingredients

    Sainsbury's Beef Steak Strips 454g, 454 gram(s)(1 packet)
    Onions Raw Average, sliced 100 gram(s)
    *Pataks Madras Paste, 1.5 tbsp or a milder version
    *14 oz can chopped tomatoes, 14 oz
    *Garlic clove, 2 crushed
    Knorr Beef Stock Cube, 1
    Oil Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp,
    Water, tap - boiled, 14 fl oz

Tips

Add a handful of raisins or spinach or any other veg that you like to the curry.


Directions

Fry onions and garlic until golden brown, add steak strips and brown off. Transfer to Slow cooker and add all other ingredients and stir. Cook for 4 hours on Auto setting or medium.
Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice (not included in calorie count)
