Ingredients

1 lb Navy Beans
6-8 C Chicken Broth
10 Slices of Bacon (Cooked)
Ham (Cooked)
1 C Carrots
1 C Celery
1 Large Onion
1 clove garlic (minced)
Directions
Precook your Ham and Bacon.
Seperate, Rinse and Presoak your beans.
Chop carrots, celery, and onion and put in Soup Pot. Add garlic and Olive Oil. Cook over medium heat until onions are slightly discolored.
Add broth, beans and meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes or until beans are super tender.
