    Beans, Kidney beans dark red 1 can
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can = 1.6 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, 1 can, 1.6 cup
    Canned Yellow Wax Beans, 1 can = 1.6 cup
    Green Bell Peppers - 1 large, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Basil, 0.5 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    Orange Juice, 4 fl oz
    Cider Vinegar, 0.25 cup
    Soy sauce (tamari), 6 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    Red Onion, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
