Introduction

Tastes like the caramel pie from O'Charley's. It's not low calorie but definitely lower in fat than the original. Tastes like the caramel pie from O'Charley's. It's not low calorie but definitely lower in fat than the original.

Ingredients

2 cans fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 8 oz. container fat free cool whip

Directions

Remove labels from cans of condensed milk. Place the cans (unopened) into a large pot. Cover completely with water. Let the cans boil for 3 hours, adding water when needed in order to keep the cans covered completely, and rolling the cans from side to side occasionally. Carefully remove from water (use a pot holder - they will be hot) and let stand for 1 hour. Open cans and pour into graham cracker crust. Spread part of the coolwhip onto the pie while it's still hot (it will melt in and make it even better). Let cool completely in the fridge and spread with remaining cool whip before serving.

*Make sure that you keep the cans covered completely. They can explode if they are not completely covered for a long period of time.
