Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    15 oz Pork Loin
    10 oz Broccoli
    4 tsp garlic
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

Directions

Cut up your pork into bite size pieces and put in a glass bowl. Add your Garlic, Soy sauce and Teriyaki sauces to the bowl and stir well. Marinate for 30mins to all day depending on your time frame . This can even be marinated over night.
Heat your non stick pan over med High heat . Use non stick spray if you need too. drain off the marinade from your meat mixture and cook till done thru.
while your meat is cooking steam your veggies ( i use those great new bags you can put in the microwave ) .
When meat and veggies are done mix together and serve over Rice or Noodles.
This should be 5 1-cup servings. Or 3 Oz of Pork and 2 Oz of Broccoli per person
