    100 grams chilled cooked Shrimp (quartered)
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 Diced Roma Tomatoes
    1 tablespoon chopped Green Onion
    1 clove Garlic crushed and minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped Cilantro
    Salt to taste (1/4 Tsp.)


Black pepper to taste


Steam the shrimp and allow to cool in ice bath while prepping other ingriedients

Mix Lemon juice, Green Onion, Garlic and chopped Cilantro into bowl.

Add diced Tomatoes and Shrimp (Salt and Black Pepper to Taste) and mix thouroughly.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 30 min.
