Ingredients

2 huge handfuls of spinach
6-8 Strawberries
1 cup pineapple in 100% juice
1 banana
2 T Agave
2 C water
Tips
To make prep easier, I prepare baggies of fruit and freeze them in recipe portions. 1 minute zap in the microwave softens enough to blend well.
Directions
Add water, then spinach followed by fresh and frozen fruit and sweetner.
Blend very well. If using fresh fruit, use less water.
