Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 16 oz cans crushed pineapple with juices
    2 large eggs
    1.5 cup sugar
    4 Tbs cornstarch
    2 Tbs butter
    1 Tbs cinnamon

Directions

preheat over to 350

beat eggs in a small bowl

in medium sized bowl mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add crushed pineapple and eggs

Top with small pats of butter and sprinkle of cinnamon

Place in greased casserole dish

Bake for 45 mins @ 350

Serving Size: 18 heaping 1/4 cup servings
