    Soup bowl of water
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Spinach
    Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese

Tips

Directions

Saute red onions in olive oil
Boil soup bowl of water with all seasoning
Add portioned vegetables and onions to water and cook until vegetables tender
Add cream cheese, stir until melted
Blend/puree the soup
