Ingredients

Bread:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups chopped apples (granny smith)
Topping:
1 tblsp brown sugar
1tblsp sugar
1tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan w/cooking spray.
In medium whish together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, all spice, and cloves. Set aside
In mixer bowl beat eggs on medium for 30 seconds. add in oil, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.
Slowly add in flour mixture. Gently fold in apples. Pour into loaf pan. Mix together brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over prepared loaf.
Bake at 50-55 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 8 slices
