Ingredients

    1 lb Ground turkey
    3/4 cup ground broccoli
    1/2 cup ground carrots
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    3/4 cup shredded cheese
    1-2 splashes of worchestire sauce
    seasoning

Tips

I usually serve this with mashed potatoes (boiled with garlic to infuse the taste) and a vegetable...yummmmm


Directions

Heat oven at 375 and place stone in the oven with it
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thouroughly. Form 1/8 of the mixture into a small loaf shape (a muffin) and place on a heated stone and cooke for 30-35 min.

Serving Size: makes 8 muffins
