Ingredients

1 nectarine
1 apple
3 romaine lettuce leaves (or other lettuce of your choice)
1 cup of skim milk/almond milk/soy milk
whey protein (I added a scoop of protein powder for added protein)
ice
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions
Throw everything in a blender with some ice. Blend together and enjoy. ( If you add the chia seeds, please wait 20 minutes for them to soften before drinking.)
