Introduction

Ingredients

1/4 c cream
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 oz milk chocolate
3/4 c plain yogurt (Greek, lowfat)
4 bananas
1 Tbsp superfine sugar
pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Banana mix: mash bananas with 1/2 c yogurt & sugar.
Chocolate layer: heat cream & cocoa until simmering. Remove from heat. Add chopped chocolate, stir until melted. Add 2 Tbsp yogurt & salt, if desired. Let cool to room temperature.
Fill popsicle molds 1/3 with banana mixture. Freeze 20 min. Add chocolate, freeze 20 more min. Add remaining banana mixture, put in sticks & freeze completely.
Serving Size: Makes 6 popsicles
