Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp of skim milk
    1 spinach wrap

Tips

I like to start rolling on one side, then fold up the ends and finish rolling. I like to hold the wrap together with tooth picks and cut in half in order to make two halves.


Directions

Lay spinach wrap flat. Put cheese down the center. Scramble eggs and milk together and then fry in a pan. Once cooked add to the spinach wrap. Roll up wrap and enjoy!
