Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. sliced and chopped iceberg lettuce
    1 c. thin sliced celery, on diagonal
    1 c. thin sliced green pepper, 1 " long slivers
    1 c. thin sliced peeled cucumber
    .75 cup grated carrot
    .25 c. thin sliced green pepper, all portions

Directions

Chop and slice vegetables and combine.
Makes 6 cups.
For an individual serving: 1 cup salad plus 1 tb. dressing (your choice). Mix in larger bowl to thoroughly distribute dressing, then serve.
