    1/3 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese


Be careful when microwaving the pasta because the milk can boil over and make a mess.


In a large microwave-safe bowl, cook the macaroni and milk in the microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Continue cooking at 30 second intervals until the pasta is cooked to your liking. Stir in the cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds, until the cheese is completely melted and stirred in.
