Introduction
I read about someone adding lemon juice to soy milk. It sounded good to me, so I thought about coming up with a non-soy version while experimenting with Almond Milk. Ingredients

- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup juice from one orange (clementines are good for this)
- 1 to 2 scoops of Stevia extract (1/32 to 1/16 tsp total) [optional]
Tips
Stevia is optional. It depends on the sweetness of your orange.
Directions
Find a jar with a lid. Pour two cups of almond milk into the jar. Add 1/4 cup of orange juice. Add Stevia according to your preference. Screw lid on jar and shake until everything is combined.
