Introduction

The yummiest ranch dressing EVER! The yummiest ranch dressing EVER!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2-3/4 C. light sour cream
    1/4-1/2 C. light mayo
    1 T. olive oil
    1 T. lime or lemon juice
    1-2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 handful fresh parsley, cut into large pieces (or 1.5-2 T. dried parsley)
    1 handful fresh chives, cut into large pieces (or 1-1.5 T. dried chives)
    1/4-1/2 C. buttermilk (depending on how thick you like your dressing)
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    Salt to taste

Directions

Plop all ingredients into blender. Blend on lowest speed, just until stirred together. Keeps for about a week.

Serving Size: makes about 26 two-tablespoon servings
