    Beef, round steak, 1 lb (remove)
    *Bird's eye steamfresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, 2 serving (remove)
    *Home Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles, 226 gram(s) (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Dash of garlic powder, salt, and powdered ginger.


This is a really quick, no fuss dinner that my family loves. And the noodles are gluten free and 40 calories for the whole package! Sometimes I use two packages in the recipe depending on how many are eating.


First I heat the pan with a drizzle of Sesame oil and a dash of rice vinegar. I then throw the Steam Fresh in the microwave. The oil will have heated up enough for the beef. I buy the pre-cubed beef for stews. Throw the beef in, Season with garlic, ginger and salt. Cook to your preference, I like mine medium. Throw the veggies in when they are done in the microwave. Rinse you Shirataki noodles and throw in the pan with everything else. Drizzle with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to taste and serve. If you have them available top with some sesame seeds.
