Ingredients

4 scoops Beachbody Shakeology - Chocolate, (or 192 grams of your fave chocolate protein powder
2 cups Instant Oats
5 tbsp Almond Butter
3/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 dash Salt
8 Almonds, crushed into tiny pieces
Directions
Add protein powder, oats, flax, & salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of almond milk with almond butter, honey and vanilla. Microwave for 30 seconds and then whisk until completely smooth. Add to dry ingredients and get prepared for an upper body workout trying to stir that batter. It will be SUPER thick. Add remaining 1/4 cup almond milk *IF* you need it -- some protein powders require less fluid to mix than others. I definitely needed the remianing almond milk with Shakeology.
Line an 8"x 8" pan with plastic wrap (and maybe coat it with a fine layer of non-stick spray) and pack the batter into it evenly. Top off with the crush almonds, and put in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Remove, cut into 8 bars, wrap individually, and keep stored in fridge or freezer.
Serving Size: makes eight 4" x 2" bars
