    3lb 93% lean ground turkey-browned and drained
    3 cans diced tomatoes w/ juice
    3 cans dark red kidney beans-drained and rinsed
    3 packets of chili seasoning (I use 2 mild and 1 hot)


Top with reduced fat cheese, sour cream, plain greek yogurt, avocado, tortilla strips or anything else you like. Toppings are NOT included in the nutritional information.


Brown turkey and drain. In 6qt crockpot put beans, seasoning, and tomatoes. Mix well then add turkey meat and combine thoughrally. Cook on low for 8 hours. If you need to speed up the cooking time it can be cooked on high for 4 hours approx.
