Ingredients

    1 12oz.pckg Broccoli Slaw
    1 C dry roasted peanuts
    1 C sunflower seeds
    2 pckg. (any flavor) Ramen Noodles--crushed
    1 green onion-chopped

    Dressing:
    1/4 C. hot water
    1/4 C. sugar
    1/2 C. veg. oil
    1/3 C. vinegar
    2 packets of Ramen Noodles seasoning

Tips

This recipe makes a very large amount.


Directions

Crush Ramen Noodles while still in package, then remove seasoning packets. Mix package of slaw, noodles, nuts, and onions together.
Dissolve sugar in hot water, add remaining ingredients, including the seasoning packets and mix well. Pour over slaw salad.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 10-12 1/2 servings
