Introduction

Very refreshing on a hot summer day!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large Apple, chopped
    1 large Banana, sliced
    1 large Orange, sectioned & chopped
    1 can Diced Peaches, extra light syrup
    1 can Pineapple Tidbits, in own juice
    1 pkg. Coconut flakes
    Garnish:
    Star fruit, sliced; Kiwi fruit, sliced; Mango fruit, sliced. Optional

Directions

Wash & prepare fresh fruit. Chop into tidbit size pieces, mix in large bowl. Add canned peaches including juice. Add pineapple with only enough juice to coat fruit lightly (ablut 1/2 of juice). Add coconut & toss. Chill for 20 min & serve. Garnish with mango slices, star fruit slices or Kiwi fruit slices.
