    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup(remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Bisquik, .25 cup(remove)
    *Bisquik, 2 cup(remove)
    *Splenda, 6 tsp(remove)
    *Splenda, 6 tsp(remove)


Mix milk, 2 cups bisquik, 1 T. egg replacer (from health food store), 2 T Splenda and mashed banana. Place in 8 x 8 baking pan sprayed with baking spray. Mix butter, 2 T bisquick and 2 T splenda with a fork. Sprinkle over batter and top with chopped walnuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
