Introduction

Ingredients

    Fresh brewed coffee, 1 cup (strong)
    Milk, .5 cup
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp

Tips

Keep stirring as you sip, otherwise the pumpkin may settle to the bottom by the time you're done.


Directions

While the coffee's brewing, heat the milk and pumpkin, stirring well. When hot, add the syrup and seasonings. Pour the pumpkin/milk mixture in a tall mug and add coffee. Enjoy!
