Ingredients

    3 cucumbers peeled & sliced
    1/3 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp water
    Dried parsley
    dash pepper
    You can add sliced Walla Walls sweet onions too if you'd like

Directions

mix all ingredients in a tupperware with tight fitting lid, shake so all ingredients mix well. Put in fridge for about 8 hours or so turning at least once to mix together well.
