Ingredients

    4 tbsp of cooking oil
    4 cloves of garlic, crushed
    3 inch of ginger root, crushed
    4 tbsp of chili powder mix it with 10 tbsp of water
    2 unit of chicken thigh
    150 ml of distilled vinegar
    1/2 onions, sliced
    1 liter water
    5 tbsp sugar
    3 tsp salt

Directions

Heat the pan and put in the cooking oil. Saute the crushed garlic and ginger. Add in the premixed chili paste. Saute until they're cooked. Next, add in water, vinegar, salt and sugar. Let it boil for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken and let it boil for another 15-20 minutes. Finally, add in the sliced onion and let it boil for 1 minute.
