Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1/4 cup of chopped onions
    1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
    4 slice deli ham
    1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Cheese
    2 tbps butter
    salt pepper to taste

Directions

Put butter in pan,
add onions and pepper cook for 4 minutes. Add the ham cook 2 minutes.
add the scrambled eggs and voila

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
