Ingredients

    1 bunch radishes 168g
    1 mini cucumber 96g
    3 scallions 15g
    2T grated carrot 13g
    1/4t dried dill
    1 large clove garlic 4g
    1T sugar alternative
    1t chili paste or minced hot peppers
    1/2T sesame oil 7g
    1/T peppercorn chili oil 7g


Tips

Use one radish to push another radish through the last few. Watch you fingers!


Directions

Slice radishes on the thinnest setting using a mandolin. Using a knife thinly slice the scallions. Slice cucumber on the next thicker setting. Add carrot to the bowl.

Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly, then toss vegetables in the dressing.
