Ingredients

    1 can Puree Pumpkin
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 cup fage 0% greek yogurt
    1, 8 oz block of fat free cream cheese or whipped
    1/3 sugar
    1/4 salt
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp pumpkin spice

    2 chocolate gram cracker pie crusts

Tips

Sprinkle w/ chocolate morsels and top w/ cool whip
yummy


Directions

In Blender Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into 2 chocolate gram cracker pie crust.


Bake @ 350 for 90 min, cool then chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve Plain or with Cool Whip

Serving Size: makes 2 pies for a total of 16 servings
