Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Three 6-ounce cans of light tuna in water, drained.
    1/3 cup light mayo
    3 tbsp seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp hot sauce (Franks is what I use)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil

Tips

I like to add the cheese at the end and melt in while on the skillet.


Directions

Mix everything but the olive oil in a bowl, shape into 4 patties about 1" thick.

Oil in the skillet, medium.
Cook both sides until golden brown and heated through. 3-5 mins per side

I like them with pepper jack cheese melted on them, slice of tomato and some pickles.

Yum.

Serving Size: makes four burgers
