Introduction

Ingredients

    5 packages low fat cream cheese
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    3 Tablespoons plain white flour
    1 Tablespoon vanilla
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup egg substitute
    1 large rectangular piece Graham Crackers
    Cooking Spray

Tips

You can substitute 4 whole eggs for the egg substitute. Also, try topping with your favorite fresh fruit or sugar free caned fruit pie filling for a desert fit for company!


Directions

Heat over to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9" x 12" baking dish. Finely crush the graham crackers and sprinkle over the bottom of the dish. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, Splenda, flour and vanilla with a mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs a little at a time mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over graham cracker "crust". Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Serving Size: 1/16 of a 9" x 13" pan
