Introduction

I change the ingredients to suit what I have in my freezer or what flavor I would like. Sometimes I add raw frozen cashews for a creamy milky protein. Ingredients

    Frozen peaches
    Frozen mixed berries
    1 fresh banana
    2 medjool dates-pitted
    vanilla extract
    2 tbsp flax seed meal
    tap water (as much as needed to be able to blend it smoothly in the blender

Tips

May use whatever ingredients you prefer; may also add fresh greens to add vegetable to it.


Directions

mix all ingredients in blender, blend on high until thoroughly mixed. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!!
