Baked Chicken Nuggets

4 Chicken Breast
1 cup Corn Flakes (Crushed)
3 tbsp Milk
1 Cup Flour (White, or Whole Wheat)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
This is a big batch of nuggets, freeze whatever you don't eat! After baking let cool, arrange on a cookie sheet and stick in the freezer. After an hour transfer to a zip bag and store. To reheat microwave or place back in the oven!
Slicing chicken in half width wise, provides more nuggets. An un-sliced chicken breast cut up, would yield a 2 serving nugget.
Add a few pieces of chicken to the flour mix, shake to coat. Transfer to egg mixture, moving to coat entire piece. Finally place in bag of corn flakes and shake to coat. Place the coated nuggets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until you've used all chicken. Discard excess flour, flakes and egg wash.
Bake 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serving Size: Makes 80 Nuggets
