Introduction

Cut veggies up. Use turkey bones to create soup stock. Take meat off bones and use some leftovers if you have any. Throw into stock pot with turkey veggies and season as you like. Ingredients

    2-3 cups turkey (dark/white meat)
    Stock from turkey bones plus bouillon cubes approx 8 cups of water total.
    1 turnip
    2.5 cups potatoes
    1 cups carrots

Tips

Add veggies you want if you had a huge bird then you'll have a lot of stock so you can make more soup or just save some stock for another time. I'm not great at explaining things but I hope this made sense enough for all to enjoy!

Need to cook your bones this is what takes so long. The rest is pretty quick.
