    1.5 C Black beans
    2 C Chopped veggies (sweet potato, carrots, etc)
    .5 C onion
    1 C dry base
    .25 C quinoa
    3 T liquid


sautee veggies, then throw everything in food processor, use .25 C to scoop onto greased pan and bake for 30 min or so (15 min ea. side)
