I used Annie's all natural hickory maple BBQ sauce and about 1/2 a bottle Foster's beer.
Last month my husband ordered pulled pork at House of Blues, and he said THIS was better than their's. I served it with brown rice and black beans. My husband had it on rolls.
    Thanks for the recipe!

Awesome! I added some dried chopped onions, chili powder and a little habanero sauce for an extra kick! Everyone loved it. - 7/2/09

I added more spicy bbq sauce to this after it was cooked, and that worked really well; also added more seasoning, since we like it flavorful! So easy, good, freezes well too! - 1/29/09

    Good
this is a little dry for me. I do fix my BBQ like this, but sometime I sliced 1 medium onion, and add 1 Tablespoon lemon pepper and a little more BBQ sauce. - 7/13/16
