Ingredients

3 lb. Pork Loin Roast
20 oz. Kraft Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
Dash celery salt
Directions
Cook Pork Roast in Slow Cooker for 8-10 hours (preferably overnight) on low setting.
Remove Pork and Cool
Mix remaining ingredients in the slow cooker and turn setting to high...
Remove all fat from the pork roast and shred with a fork. Add to the slow cooker with sauce mix and stir together.
Turn slow cooker setting to keep warm and let sit for several hours to soak the flavors. Can be served immediately but tastes better the longer it sits.
