Use oatmeal flour to crust the chicken and bake.
Use oatmeal flour to crust the chicken and bake.

Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken breast-no bone no skin
    2 cups oatmeal ground into oatmeal flour
    4 egg white
    Spices and herbs to taste


Grind oatmeal in a food processor or blender until it resembles flour.
Dip chicken in egg whites and then flour.
Bake in oven for about 30ish minutes until cooked through.

Serving Size: 6 servings but we cut the chicken breast in half
