Introduction
My biggest problem with eating healthy is cream sauces and gravy so I have been trying different methods to make a dish to fill that craving that wont break my diet; this one turned out amazing. Served over mashed cauliflour mashed potatoes .. yum. Ingredients

1 cup diced Turkey (white meat, no skin)
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 packet Goya chicken bouillon
1 wedge Laughing Cow light Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo bean flour
2 Tbsp Great Value Non-Dairy Creamer (Walmart brand)
1 tsp Butter Buds
1 1/4 cups Water
Tips
I use Walmart brand Non-Dairy creamer because it's unflavored and fat free. You can use milk but it will raise the fat content of the dish.
Directions
In medium sauce pan whisk together until well blended water, bean flour, chicken bouillon then bring to a low boil. Add Non-dairy creamer, butter buds, Laughing Cow cheese and whisk again until well blended and it returns to a simmering boil. Add turkey and red bell pepper, let simmer on low for 10 minutes or until red pepper has softened, Stir occasionally as it thickens to keep it from sticking to the bottom.
