Ingredients

    butternut squash
    chicken or turkey broth
    jalapeno peppers
    yellow onion
    ginger root
    plain lowfat yogurt
    salt to taste

Directions

Saute onions, peppers, ginger til soft. Add cooked butternut squash, broth and yogurt. Stir. Puree in a blender and return to heat. Salt to taste.
