Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp bakers cocoa (unsweetened)
    1 tbsp ground flaxseed
    2 bananas
    2 tbsp apple juice
    1/2 cup 1% milk (optional)
    1 container plain Greek yogurt

Tips

This drink is wonderfully thick and works well when you're craving chocolate. Next time I will slice and freeze the bananas before blending, but this time I left it in the freezer for a few hours after making it so it was more like a Wendy's Frosty. I'm interested in replacing the bananas with strawberries at some point. If you do that, let me know. Thank you and enjoy.
