Ingredients

    8 TJ's Turkey Meatballs
    1/2 onion
    2 Tbsp Garlic
    1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 can green chilies
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup half and half
    1/2 cup reduced fat mexican cheese
    8oz rotini or penne pasta
    1/2 t salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

Brown onion, garic and meatballs. Add broth, tomatoes, chilies, half and half and pasta. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Take off heat and add in 1/2 cup of cheese. Serve!
